Susannah Ross

Susannah Ross runs training courses in effective writing, especially writing for the web, and is responsible for the editorial work on the Clarity website. As well as working for Clarity, for many years she ran the BBC's web writing courses.

She is the author of Writing for the Web (Chambers Desktop Guides 2007) and A Simple Guide to Writing for your Website (Pearson Education 2001).

Susannah was a BBC journalist for 20 years and in her last post as Deputy Editor of World Service News was responsible for recruiting and training journalists and producing the newsroom Style Book.
