Clare Lynch

Clare Lynch is a copywriter who enjoys helping businesses ditch corpspeak in favour of language that's clear, concise and, above all, human. In the 1990s she worked at the Financial Times and has since helped a wide range of financial services firms communicate better with their clients, customers and employees.

Clare has a PhD from the University of Cambridge and regularly teaches English at the University's language centre.

She takes a humorous approach to dissecting examples of good and bad business writing in her popular blog goodcopybadcopy and has kindly agreed to let us syndicate content from goodcopybadcopy on the Clarity blog.

"Clarity were thought-provoking and fun to work with. They have made a huge difference to us."

Stephen Haddrill, former Director-General, ABI
